KeepFirst is a local iOS photo organizer. This policy describes the current iOS app behavior.
KeepFirst does not collect photos or videos from users. The app reads photos and videos only after the user grants iOS Photos permission, and the media stays on the user's device.
KeepFirst needs Photos access to show local cleanup tasks, thumbnails, previews, and the in-app review bin. The app does not upload photos or videos, does not send them to a server, and does not use them to train models.
When a user chooses not to keep an item, KeepFirst first places that item into an in-app review bin. Final deletion uses the iOS system deletion prompt. If the user cancels the iOS prompt, KeepFirst keeps the item in the review bin instead of marking it as deleted.
KeepFirst uses local SwiftData storage on the device. The current version stores only:
This local data is not transmitted to the developer.
The current version does not create accounts, does not include analytics, does not include advertising SDKs, does not offer in-app purchases, does not upload media, and does not track users across apps or websites.
If the user grants limited Photos access, KeepFirst can only show and organize the selected items. The user can change Photos permissions in iOS Settings.
